PowerNetizen.com – President Prabowo Subianto has instructed his ministers in the Merah Putih Cabinet to create a government that is free from political influence and political grudges.
Prabowo emphasized that his administration must also be free from corruption, inefficiency, manipulation, and collusion with other parties. For this reason, he urged his ministers to be firm and wise in realizing these goals.
“I have instructed all parties in the government, especially the Merah Putih Cabinet, to act firmly, but with wisdom,” Prabowo said during a press conference at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base in Jakarta on Friday (November 8).
“There must be no political elements in carrying out, let’s say, this campaign. It must be firm, it must be brave, but the efforts must also be free from political agendas and political grudges,” he added.
During the occasion, Prabowo asked his ministers to continue working even when he is abroad. He wants the government to continue functioning while he visits several countries.
Prabowo entrusted the administration to Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. He mentioned that he has given several guidelines to Gibran and the ministers.
“I ask for your prayers and I trust that the Vice President and the entire Merah Putih Cabinet will carry out the government to the best of their ability,” Prabowo said.
Earlier, Prabowo launched a government cleaning agenda upon his inauguration. He emphasized the eradication of corruption, online gambling, and drugs at the beginning of his administration.
