SPUN: Accelerating Visa and Residency Services
Meanwhile, SPUN offers an AI-powered solution to streamline visa and residency applications for both individuals and corporations. Currently, SPUN serves users from 198 nationalities for visa applications to Indonesia and assists Indonesians in applying for visas to over 70 countries.
“With SPUN technology, the verification process, which used to take 40 minutes on average, now only takes 3-4 minutes for certain visa types. We also provide a money-back guarantee if the visa application is rejected,” said Dilla Anindita Purnawan, Co-founder & CPO of SPUN.
SPUN features tools such as Chatbot Assistant, Commerce, and Dashboard, enabling users to access visa information, submit applications, and verify documents automatically.
